Ingredientes para 2 pessoas
– 400 g de carne moída (preferencialmente acém)
– 1/2 xícara de hortelã picada
– 1 colher de sopa de pimenta síria
– 1 colher de sopa de molho inglês
– 3 colheres de sopa de suco de limão
– farinha de rosca a gosto
– sal e pimenta a gosto
Preparo
Misture todos os ingredientes em um bowl, depois vá acrescentando a a farinha de rosca até pegar uma consistência que dê para moldar. Molde em volta de palitos e leve ao freezer por 30 minutos. Leve direto ao forno já aquecido a 180ºC por cerca de 30 a 40 minutos.
